Chef Meghesh began his culinary journey in Rochester, New York. Working in several kitchens, and opening a restaurant in 2020. He believes that fine dining is a commitment quality, no matter what he makes. He believes that no detail is too small to deserve the utmost focus. He believes that hospitality is the opportunity to connect with each and every guest, and to make a lasting impression. He seeks to tell stories through food at Kahani. The stories of our farmers, foragers, artisans, fisherman and all those who put food on our tables. The stories of our communities, those who came before us, and those who inspire us.
